apple tart with ice cream a la mode
went apple picking in Croton Falls, New York this weekend. we picked ida reds, matsu, and golden delicious; although everything tasted like a fuji apple to me (which I like!). here is my wife's apple tart with home made crust, served with cookie's-n-cream ice cream.
